If I could put a minus star I would - we have paid 35k to this company to install a biomass boiler - what a hell of a journey it has been, it doesn’t work, it’s constantly breaking down, hasn’t been installed correctly - its a constant battle to get them out to site, they send individuals who have no clue what they are doing - they left me and my children with no heating in December 22 when temperatures reached -9, they walked away with no care whatsoever. They are now ignoring our calls. Please please please do not use these cowboys - they have totally ripped my family off - they are an absolute disgrace. They have left us in a complete mess. They have had their money and run!

I'll begin with if possible a zero star would be given, why I here you ask? Let's start with for a company that provides a service from the sun to provide free energy then I have more motivation from bunioned lower didgets. Now let's get to customer service, elbow from ar**hole is being lenient with regards to Andy Chapell who has about as much organisation as Stephen Hawking playing football. I recommend a big swerve as constantly messed about more times than Prince Andrew babysitting you're kids, unreliable never get back to you!!
