Made appointment for someone to visit to provide quote for 10 replacement windows. No one turned up at agreed date / time. I spoke with their office and was told a message would be sent out to the relevant person. Subsequently had zero contact from the company. My business will go elsewhere. Having seen your response I did indeed call seeking an earlier appointment but again no one got back to me so unaware the appointment had been cancelled.

This is the third time I have used Select Windows for property works, having had new doors installed at a previous house, and more recently a full replacement of doors, windows (all except the bathroom), gutters etc at our new home. This job was to replace the bathroom window, as we did not have this replaced within the second job as we wanted to wait until we were ready for a bathroom refit at the same time. Dealing with Louise and Mark was great, they are very knowledgeable and provide good advice to ensure you get exactly what you want. For this job our requirements were to replace the existing bathroom window with a smaller window, and install weatherboard on the exterior that matches what was previously installed. Mark was very helpful when reviewing the works and Louise always available to discuss where things are up to, either at the end of the phone or via email. We are delighted with the works, the quality of the materials is great, the price competitive, and the quality of the installation from Ash and his colleague very good. This is the 2nd time we have used Select Windows. Initially they fitted 2 large arched windows at my dental practice. After the excellent work they had done there we decided to use them again for our front door at home. Louise and Mark were very knowledgeable on their products ensuring that we chose a door which was suited to being in direct sunlight for a significant portion of the day. Ash and Kane arrived to fit the door at the specified time, they were courteous, worked efficiently and tidily and did an excellent job. The difference it has made is astounding. Just wanted to let you know that Ashley and Luke have just completed another great job for us. They were professional throughout, kept everywhere clean, safe and tidy while they worked and there was minimal disruption as work progressed on replacing all 5 windows in our bungalow.
